I had the same issue years ago. I could not afford the cost of a root canal so I had them pull it instead. It was back far enough to where no one could see it, and it would not affect the way I eat. Is that an option?

  I'd rather not lose the tooth, if it can be helped. It's more in the middle and would affect eating, I think. ;-;

    I know if it was visual for me, I'd do what ever I can to save the tooth. Might be something you could at least bring up to the dentist to see what he/she says.
