Definitely good luck. My partner and I bouhht a foreclosed house. Took about 6 months between our first offer and finally moving in.

Eck what a wait! Our house isn't a foreclosure so we close in two weeks which is nice. Still I know foreclosures save money so good for you guys!

The issue was the title wasnt cleared requiring a two month sit in the paper for claims to come forward and they were slow to accept our revised offer after inspection showed some significant damage. But it went through last may and we spent may and june getting some repair work done before moving in.
