Yes you heard right, I have a Minecraft server

And a Starbound server (for those who might be interested).

I am gonna lay down some ground rules for them right here. and in order to join you must at least read them thoroughly. If you don't I will not allow you access.

Minecraft/Starbound Server rules

Minecraft Rules

1. Golden Rule
   Treat everyone with respect and be courteous. There should be absolutely no drama at all. No one should feel left out, and bullying will NOT be tolerated. Breaking any part of this rule will get you banned immediately.

2. Joining
   In order to join the server, just send me a note that you would like to join. Or in the case of a friend, you can ask for them if necessary. But be mindful that there is a 20-player limit

3. Roleplaying
   If you like to roleplay in any way, please keep it to whispers. While some people may not mind, not everyone may want to read what you are saying.

4. Land
   Since Minecraft is so expansive, you may find a piece of land that will fit your needs. In order to "claim" it, you MUST lay down cobbletone with a torch atop it, and hopefully connect the points if you have the resources. Also you may not claim within a single chunk border (chunk being about 16 blocks if correct) of land already claimed by another person.
   Note: If you wish to mine in said person's place or do anything as such, you MUST speak with them, not me or a mod.

5. Reporting

   If for any reason you believe someone is breaking the above rules, please take at least three screenshots of the situation (if you have a video, you can link that to me and will count as three screenshots) and a description of what was going on in detail.I take reporting seriously and will ask people on the server to see everyone's side of the story. If what you are reporting is fake, you will be given a one-time warning. The next offense will result in you being banned.

Starbound rules

3. Roleplaying
   If you like to roleplay in any way, please keep it to within the planet (you are able to change who sees it in chat). While some people may not mind, not everyone may want to read what you are saying.

Note: To change who you are sending messages to, click the little galaxy button in bottom left to change it to a "world" icon

4. Ships
   This is a big issue, since everyone can beam to everyone's ship. Just because you are in a group with someone else (or even other people in the same party), does not mean you can beam to their ship. You MUST have their permission to go to their ship AND their planet.
   Note: You should be careful with who you party with, cause they may still go to your ship without permission. Also to those you do give your permission to, be mindful as well of anything you have. If anything looks out of place, report it immdediately!

5. Planets
   Since Starbound is ridiculously expansive, you may find a planet that will fit your needs. In order to "claim" it, You must lay a flag within the planet near th Spawn point of it.

-For Owners: If the planet you "own" is not your home planet, please don't be stingy with ores of lower tiers than your own. Other people may still need them. Ask first if anyone needs a certain type, and proceed. As for items, the same would apply, especially for Techs

-For Guests (non-owners): If you wish to mine in said person's planet or do anything as such, you MUST speak with them, not me or a mod. If you find anythingg that could be useful, ask first before you take something, and announce if you are mining {and have gained permission

These rules are set in stone as of right now, and may be subject to change based on events that occur from the time this is put up.

Also to note.

The Minecraft server is on a deadline, and will end after it's three months are up. If you want to join the server and keep it going, I would happily reapply for a new server, or for a continuation. But In order to do that, I alone cannot pay, even with my current job. If you could donate some money for the server that ould be appreciated.
