Home sweet home! I've got the shitty Internet back, my clothes are full of fur, I keep getting bit by giant mosquitoes, Wesley's sleeping on me and I'm watching TV. I missed it (minus the clothes full of fur part... and the giant mosquitoes... and the shitty Internet). I had a nice trip, ate tacos for the first time in ages, showed my mom a few of the projects I did but my laptop couldn't handle many of 'em and since I forgot to activate the license for Unity on my laptop, it has the free version so I can't show her the projects with audio in 'em. She was still pretty impressed, though.

Since I moved out, my mom's gotten two cats, including one that looks just like one we've had in the past. I can tell she's lonely here, but her house just won't sell despite having been on the market for a good two years now. Man, she'll be so happy when it finally sells and she can get closer to me, it sucks for the both of us to only be able to see each other once or twice a year, and only for a week or two at a time. Family is important, yo.

Tomorrow while she works, I'll most likely spend the day watching movies on the couch, maybe while reading a book or something. Let the vacations begin!
