Hey all!

I've been pretty busy these last couple months, and I've had almost no time for artwork. I recently got a full time job with a publishing company, and it takes up almost all of my time lately. I'm really enjoying the work I'm doing, but the commute was a bit of a pain. Morning traffic is so bad where I live, that the drive in the morning could easily take me 1.5 hours. I started to take the train instead, which was much quicker and less stressful, but still 70 minutes long.

So my husband and I packed up and moved a little closer. Between working, commuting, apartment hunting, visiting places, figuring out the pros and cons of each place, finding a place, buying furniture, and moving all of our stuff, we've had almost no free time. But we finally officially moved into the new place a week and a half ago, and we're still getting settled. I really love the new place. It's slightly bigger than our last apartment, and it's in nice, quiet area. I have a 5 minute walk to the train, and my commute is only 35-40 minutes long now. We've finally had some time to unwind, and today we set up our wireless internet.

I'll probably still be pretty busy unpacking and organizing everything in our new place, so it may be awhile before I'm actively drawing again. I'll still pop in from time to time to see how everyone is doing. Keep up the great artwork!
