Way to Contact Me:
send note here via FurAffinity
via my facebook page : https://www.facebook.com/SoryaneLaLouve
email : cestlav[at]live.ca

Payment:
I require payment upfront, simply cause I've been burned in the past.
For bigger commissions multiple payments can be discussed.
I take payment via PayPal Always... unless you're local and can pay cash
ALWAYS include your FA username... ALWAYS.

Commission Steps!

  1. Look at my profile for commission status.

  2. Send information about what you want, would like etc, etc... Be as detailed as you can, If you give me ARTISTIC FREEDOM, do not expect me to change 100% of the sketch if it is not what you had in mind, makes sense right?

  3. I will accept or decline.

  4. (If I accepted) I will give you my price if you don't fall in the base prices that I have listed on my profile.

  5. Once we both agree on the price and terms, I will then give you my paypal information and you will send your payment accordingly.

  6. I will work on your commission only after payment is received. (Payment steps can be arranged, just talk to me)

  7. I will send WIP of your commission for approval and will do reasonable changes according to your feedback if needed. (I can stream your commission for you if you want, this makes feedback easier and gives you more room to get exactly what you want, fixing a common time can sometimes be tricky though, so take that into consideration as well, if I have to find a time we're both online to stream your commission it can take longer to complete)

  8. I will send you a High Resolution file (for personal use) and a Low Resolution file of your commission to be used if you wish to reupload it. / If it is a traditional commission I will mail the original to you if you covered the shipping fees.

  9. TADA! Ain't it nice to do business together??? YAY!

DISCLAIMERS!

  • I am now a full time artist but I am also dealing with chronic pains which makes it sometimes just impossible for me to draw / I'm also a mother of a tween soon to be full one teenager with attitude / I have a family and four-legged friends to take care of... commissions usually are completed within 1 week or 2... but sometimes can take up to a month depending of what cards life hands me. HOWEVER I engage myself to keep you updated on the status of your commission or of any delays that might occur. Also if we agreed on a date of delivery I will deliver on time, if something comes up I will contact you and discuss our possible options :)

  • Major changes ONLY occur if you tell me during the sketching period, I will do minor fixes if reasonable for inks if required ... emphasis on MINOR CHANGES, if you want me to redo the whole thing over, there will be extra fees. There won't be any major fixes to the pose (since you approved the sketch it is too late to change it now.) I give my customers plenty of approval steps and this shouldn't be an issue... really. If I have already finished lining the artwork, then it’s too late. Sorry. I can adjust colors at this point and nothing else.

  • You can contact me at any time to change details about your commission before I have started, I always keep my journal footer up to date on what I'm currently working on and what step I'm at for each commission I have!

  • I try to serve my commissioners on the first paid first serve basis, emphasis on TRY. Sometimes the mood isn't right and I will work in what feels best to deliver the best product possible to you. It is important for me to give you a piece of quality and not something half-assed that I felt forced to do in one night. I think you can all appreciate that, right?

  • Copyrights : If you commission me of your character or someone else's character, that character SOLELY BELONGS TO THEIR OWNER, but this being said... you do not own the art itself, you only have permission to use it for your PERSONAL need, any reselling of the art is NOT permited. When it comes to an illustration and a commission piece, the ARTIST owns the right to the piece unless you have a contract with the artist and they sold you these rights. This said, the artist can sell prints of a commission piece for profit if needed. By saying this ( and me personally ), if I do plan to sell a finished commission piece, the character(s) in that image WILL NOT BE ALTERED, RECOLORED, OR TRANSFORMED in any way. And I will try as best as I can to identify the owners of the characters of said illustration IF possible.

REFUNDS!!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!!!:
IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE I'VE STARTED : and only if I haven't started will refund 100% of your money
ROUGH SKETCH PHASE : I will refund 75% of your money
DETAILED SKETCH PHASE : I will refund only 50% of your money since this is one of the longest step for me.
INK PHASE : I'll refund 25% of your money
COLOR PHASE : At this point refund is impossible and you should have let me know earlier.

Any questions? Feel free to ask!
If I'm missing anything or you think anything is unclear... let me know!

Love you all!
