I generally respond to these situations by repeatedly doodling things I already know I can't draw well and which I will therefore not be disappointed by. Like snakes. An absolutely excessive number of snakes. But I've got pretty much no clue who you are so I can't say if I think that would work for you. I hope you feel better, though, stranger.
