Wing-It Iron Artist Challenge

What is this?
This is a challenge I will be trying to do the get me more active in my art and earn some cash. I want to try and have art become a bigger job than it is now. I typically do not like going into my personal life online but this is going to be a small exception. As many of you know, I have a job at a Regulatory company. The job is fun, if not tedious sometimes and boring, and I love the people, a huge shout out to my Leader (“boss”) for being extremely patient and supportive for someone like me who came into the company scared and without a speck of knowledge about regulatory affairs. But now, I want to be able to branch away from the company a bit and work on something I REALLY love. My art.

The summer job is awesome, and my Leader keeps asking me to come back. But the truth is, I still don't know much about this job, I am picking things up but I don't know if this is something I always want to do. I love QA testing but I am also pushed into support and I am not very fond of that. ALSO, I am an OSEH major in college which means that I am going in a completely different direction than computer science. So I can’t stay at this company forever, soon I will have to change my job to better suit my college degree.

Another thing about this job is only lasts for the summer so when the school year hits i have no job, and no way of making money except my art. Yes I could get a job at the school, but they get snached up pretty quick. So I want to try and make art my job during the school year too.

That is my main reason for opening up this Wing-it Iron Artist challenge.

What will be offered?
There will be about 20 slots for the first round to test it out. If all the slots fill up I will offer the challenge again with more slots this time.
The 20 slots will be divided into 3 Tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
The Bronze Tier will be Colored Sketches and will have 10 slots offered, the Silver Tier will be Flats and have 8 slots offered, and the Gold Tier will be a Shaded image and will have 2 slots offered.
All images will be full body images with a single color, gradient, or patterned patterned background.
You can have props like a toy, bed, chair, single tree, etc. Please mention these in the Keywords or they won’t get in.
I will be trying to get most of the pictures done and posted every other day. Some days may have more posts per day than others and the more detailed pictures will take longer to finish.
These will be discounted commissions to say at the least but I will have (almost) complete creative freedom on the picture. Another reason I am doing this is to work on my interpretation and expression of words through images.
When you request a commission you will give 1-3 keywords.
Try to use actions, items, and emotions as keywords. Multiple words will be accepted if they go “hand in hand.” Ex: Happy, holding hands, joking around. Romantic, cuddling, kissing. Riding, Crop, saddle.
Do not use names, numbers, places, or species. These will have their own section to fill out and there will be no backgrounds to the picture except for a prop or two.
Try not to use repeat or similar words for your keywords. Ex: Love, romantic, loving.
The pictures will be from a colored sketch - a full picture depending on what offer you select.
Maximum of 2 characters. If you wish to use one of my characters it will be discounted.
Any rating.
General = Suitable for audiences of all ages. Adult = Contains non sexual nudity for artistic purposes. May contain implied themes. Suitable for audiences over the age of 16. Mature= Containing graphic violence or sexual themes. Suitable for audiences 21+.

When requesting a commission please comment in the journal or picture on which slot you want.
You may ask to hold a slot for a period of time, but once your time is up the slot will reopen unless you ask for more time.

Questions can be asked via note, email (killerwolf1020@gmail.com), or comments on the journal/submission. Please title them under Wing-it commission, Wing-it IA or Iron Artist. That way I can better keep track of of my commissions.

Rules on Posting:
You retain rights to the image and your character(s). You may post the picture where and how you want. The only thing you may not do is sell the image for profit.
