I used to do these music journals once in a while. It's been a looong time since I last made one. I've been really out of the loop with finding new music lately.
These are all pretty chill tracks. Well, the Bangladesh song sticks out like a sore thumb, but apart from that, haha.
By all means recommend me something in return - Especially if it has minimal/no lyrics. I listen to a bit of everything, though.

Seriously though, he's the coolest muscician I have ever encountered. He can do anything, so he's like pshh, these amazing pop songs I'm doing are getting boring, and chooses to compose things involving donkeys and fart sounds instead, that somehow sound like they came out of the depths of hell and will haunt you in your sleep. Yo I'm a 70 year old man and I'm just gonna be over here making music that's more progressive than anything you silly kids can ever hope to accomplish.
He's great, is what I'm saying.

MAN, he really fricking is. I adore his work, as much as it terrifies me, ahaha. I didn't even realize he was part of the Walker Brothers until much later because he reinvented himself. Guy's kind of a genius.
That said, you were looking for recommendations, so I have a few bands for you: Ricky Eat Acid, Diablo Swing Orchestra, Nero's Day at Disneyland, CocoRosie, and Venetian Snares, although I'm not crazy about the last band, personally. There are a lot of others I can't remember, so I'll get back to you on those. <___>

Diablo Swing Orchestra, Nero's Day at Disneyland and CocoRosie I already know and love. I checked out the other two, and what do you know, from a first impression I quite like them too :D
