These terms are subject to change.

• By obtaining a design of or related to any of my intellectual property, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read through this carefully. I retain the right to revoke designs and the ability to obtain further designs and action will be taken upon anybody who violates these or any other rules set in place accordingly.

• You are NOT allowed to create any characters related to or involving my species or worlds without my permission unless stated otherwise. PLEASE THOROUGHLY LOOK OVER ALL RULES REGARDING THE SPECIES AND GROUPS BEFORE CONSIDERING INVOLVING YOURSELF!

• Owners are obligated to join the respective community created for the species and/or headworld. You must also credit myself as species creator in every piece of work you post related to it, whether your own or not. All works related to said species and/or world must be submitted to the respective community.

• You do not 100% own any characters or aspects of or relating to the species and/or headworlds they belong to. You retain character rights: You own the qualities of that particular character in the world created for them. Basically, everything created within these species/worlds still belongs to me and you are being permitted by me to create within it. You may change parts of the design within the rules of the species.
  *Large changes must be approved by myself and/or group staff!

• Any designs made from scratch, whether obtained through contests or bought, MUST be approved by myself and/or other group staff.

• You are not allowed to change the species of any obtained designs unless approved by myself and strictly on a case-by-case basis.

• You are not allowed to use said property for any external projects of your own unrelated to the world created for it unless otherwise stated or given explicit permission. (You can't take your characters created within this world and shove them in say a webcomic or some other canon.) You may upload the artwork elsewhere so long as credit is given and a link back to any of my galleries is given. You may use the art for personal use, including but not limited to icons, wallpapers, themes, personal site display, and signatures. You are not allowed to heavily modify the original art of a design, or remove my signature.

• You are not allowed to profit from designs you have obtained, such as reselling, or using for any sort of monetary gain.

• You are allowed to trade designs. Please report any ownership changes in the proper place within groups!

• You are allowed to transfer ownership of a design to somebody else if you no longer desire to have it. This must be approved by myself before hand.

• In the event you wish to leave or no longer desire your obtained designs, you can either give them back for re-adoption, abandon them completely, or if you happened to create the design yourself through a CYO slot, you may keep the design so long as you change the species to something completely different.

• Payments through paypal should be in USD. Do not send me payments; I will invoice you. Payment is expected in full. I will not do payment plans under any circumstances at this time. I reserve the right to deny any custom or CYO requests for any given reason.
