2 - in - 1 Help? by Pancaked

Well, as nice as the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is, I'm honestly worried if it's just too much for what I need. I only want to be able to draw, I can use my old laptop for movies, gaming etc, so it's not like I really need a huge memory (I also have my external so I'm not worried about that)

Do any of you guys have any good ideas about hybrids like it? I really would love it if I didn't have one that folded over; I've had a tablet pc like that before (Lenovo brand) and it drew really well for all of thirty minutes before the keyboard would fry my legs because it would cook the monitor and just had nowhere to go for heat with vents.

I've just been on the Dell site, and all they have are 2 in one fold overs for around $800 1 TB hard drive and I just feel like that's too much for me, personally. Especially since it'll just burn my hands and legs after a while.

Do any of you guys know of any other ones? Or is Microsoft the only one?
Is the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 just as good as the 3?

What would you guys, as artists, suggest? I want something affordable that is powerful enough for me to be able to stream from it at the same time. Seeing as people enjoy watching me draw, and I enjoy interacting with others obviously.

Also please no ebay links; I refuse to shop at Ebay for computers, there's a reason they're there (Stolen, broken, pirated software that voids warranties, etc) and I just don't trust it.
