I think one of my birds just told the other off. by Mazz

Ozwald my male budgie was screaming (he has a set of lungs for such a tiny guy, I've never heard a budgie get that loud).
From the other cage where the female lives Blizzard stops eating, squawks really loud at him and all you hear is "cheep" all quiet come from him and he's been sitting quietly playing with one of his toys since.

Old momma bird told the kiddo off for being so loud this late haha. The ladies settle in for bed before I go to bed but this young man will be up until I go to bed and then is singing at sunrise, the ladies are quiet until around 8.

I love my birds.
I want more, i'm debating on a cockatiel next, gotta get a suitable cage for one first. We'll see at the end of the summer, still haven't totally counted out going to RMFC, if I can swing it I'm going.

slowly becomes crazy bird lady

I think one of my birds just told the other off.

    Haha this reminds me of my two. The blue one will just be squawking his little budgie head off and the white one will eventually get fed up with it and screech at him. I love it when the white one makes his adorable singing squeaks though ;;

    I've never had a cockatiel - lemme know how they are if/when you get one xD I like quakers the best though - they have such big personalities haha.

      I want a conure and a cockatoo. I'll never get a cockatoo unless I know it has a place to go with someone it loves when I die or it's an older bird who needs ahome that I will out live.
      A conure I'll eventually have but not where I live. The birds are tolerated but anything louder than budgies and cockatiels I can't get away with.
