By commissioning me you have to read, understand, and agree to these set of guidelines.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

PAYMENT:

• I only accept full payment before I start. If that is not possible, then contact me, and we can work out a system together.
• I only take payment in paypal and I will send the address to you when I accept your commission.
• I will not hold slots indefinitely, if payment is not received within 2 days of getting the slot, it will be forfeit. Unless a payment plan has already been discussed.

WILL/WONT DRAW:

• ✖ I will not draw Scat, Watersports, Cub, Rape, Hyper, Inflation, or Vore.
• ✔ I am particularly good at emotional intimacy, and making things glow. I can draw Anthro, Feral, Cars, Scenery, Robots, Fanart.

PERSONAL USE:

• I still retain the rights to the images I draw, to display and use as I please. While you still retain rights to the character. You are allowed to use the image in any personal way you please, but not for commercial purposes.
• If you would like to arrange to purchase the rights to use the piece commercially, feel free to discuss it with me.

WIP/REWORKS:

• I will give you wips in the Sketch, Flats, and Final stages. You will be allowed one revision per stage. Any revisions after that will require prices to be revised.
• You are welcome to leave the image in my hands for the surprise factor. If that is chosen, be re
• I will NOT rework a finished image.

TIMEFRAME:

• I try to get most commissions done within a reasonable time-frame, but as a human, life has the capacity to put things in my way. Thus I reserve the right to take extra time -within reason- to complete a commission unless a due-date was provided at the beginning of the contract.

CHARACTER INFO

• Feel free to provide me with as many references as you wish for your commission. The more information you give me the more accurate I can be with the image.
• Descriptions are fine as well; keep the information clear, concise, and simple. Long excessive essays are easy for information to get lost or misunderstood. Description only pieces will incur an additional fee.
• Feel free to suggest poses or include images from Google to help me understand.
• I can not read minds so make sure the info you give me is accurate to what you’d like.

COMMISSION SLOTS:

• When I post a journal about commissions I will tell how many slots I am opening. These slots will be filled by completing a form. The form will only be posted during the time I am accepting commissions.
• There will be no waiting list.

OTHER:

• When I am finished I will send you a full resolution, and a net-sized file of the image you commissioned. I will not send you a print of the image.
• If a commission is canceled by either party I will refund the money paid minus the amount for what work has been finished.
• Traditional work, and wingits, are not subject to refunds once work has started. The commissioner is provided with a final product once the idea has been agreed upon.
• I reserve the right to post or not post the image as I wish, unless previously agreed not to.
• I will not take penalty for not reading your mind.
