1 The artist reserves the right to deny any request/commission.

2 The artist retains the right to the art - not the character - See below for details.

3 Unless otherwise mentioned before hand, the artist will not sell the art of a commissioned character

4 Should the artist wish to sell prints of the commission, she will first contact the commissioner and gain permission.

5 Payment is due before the final product is uploaded/emailed/sent.

6 At least 1/2 payment is required at time of commission

7 Payment plans can be arranged, but must be brought upon request of the art.

8 The artist will not upload the finished product until full payment is received.

9 The artist is not responsible for making sure that the references she is given are correct.

10 If there are edits/changes to the reference sheet, please include them in the art request (ie: subject's hair is longer than in ref sheet)

11 All prices listed are the base price, and in USD. It is the customer's duty to make certain that payments equal to the value in USD. If conversion is needed, the artist can provide this upon request.

12 Extra characters cost 1/4 the normal base price. (IE: line art ($8) + extra character ($2) = $10 total)

13 Once a commission is approved, a note will be sent via Screen Name on DA/FA/Weasyl with Paypal information and total price.

14 If more than one character are in a drawing, it is up to the commissioner to send the files that are e-mailed to the various people in the image

15 Customers may NOT modify, alter, recolor, or in any other way change the finished product. This includes asking another artist to modify the art. If the art is changed by the customer or another artist, and the customer wishes for me to fix or change the art after it has been modified, a minimum of $5 will be charged.

Commissioners and those in the art may:

1 upload to their account, so long as they link to the original drawing

2 make personal prints of the art

3 If the commissioner wishes to make a profit off of the prints/items with the art on it, they must pay a flat rate of $30 for the ownership of the artwork. Due to copyright laws in the US, an artist is considered work-for-hire. Meaning the artist still own the art, though not the character contained within.

Refund Policy:

I will do everything in my power to make the art you commission in a timely manner and to the specs you desire. If no arrangement can be made to meet the satisfaction of the customer, I will refund the money for the commission within the next 30 days.
