Was rough gosh, 7 hours in the beating sun. It wasn't too bad though but I can't get rid of this headache. I kept getting hit in the head by the stupidest things which is what started it but i'm mostly fine. Just resting at the moment.
They asked me to come back again tomorrow so that's always a good sign.
For those curious I work with a lawn mowing service. I was picking up trash around a factory so it could be mowed. That place is huge wow.
Gatoriade really helped though, It helped a lot.

I made sure to keep hydrated with tons of water. I really needed more though. I'm going to try drinking a lot today to so there's more in me next time they call me in. I drank so much water I drank most of what was in the cooler. I probably could have downed a full pack of water though. It was scary when I stopped sweating so I took a long break and went out to get gatoraide which made me start sweating again.

Make really sure you stay hydrated, man! A headache like that is the first sign of impending dehydration or heat stroke. Get a GOOD hat, and drink all the time. Way more than you think you need to.
