i've come to find i have a problem with speaking too much and saying things that i don't mean because of it

it could be a side effect of my medication (turns off my inhibitors, makes me just keep talking)

the skinny of it is that i need to be more aware of what i'm saying and stop myself before i say things i'll regret while i attempt to suss out getting a therapist
