Seriously, geeze.

Xim and I both get treated like maids here. Her mother sits on her ass and plays video games all day, and she's too lazy to even clean up after herself in simple little ways like putting the coffee away in the morning, or putting away the lettuce that could rot after she uses it for dinner, or throwing away her trash, or friggin anything! And then she blames it on /us/ when her kitchen is a total mess. Xim and I always clean up after ourselves after we're done making food, and we always end up having to clean up after her, as well, or she yells at us and we're stuck living in a pigpen. She never does dishes, she always makes Xim do them. She almost never does laundry, she usually makes Xim do it for her. She rarely vacuums, or mops, or sweeps, when she has 3 dogs and a muddy backyard. So there is dirt and shit all over the fucking floors of this place, and we refuse to clean that up because we know it will just get dirty again soon after and we won't get any appreciation for our hard work. I have to clean both our bathroom, and the parent's bathroom. And Xim and I both have to clean up the kitchen in the morning after her mother has trashed it making dinner the night before.

When we have work, she can't pull this shit. She's gonna have to get off her lazy ass and do something about this disgusting house. I really hope she does, or I'm gonna friggin' lose it! D;

She won't buy us any snacks or any sort of food we like unless we take the 3 hour trip to the grocery store with her, even if we're in the middle of job hunting. She won't buy us any necessities like a second pillow so we stop kicking each other off of the one pillow we have to share every night, even though we've told her before we need one, but she'll buy everyone else in the goddamned house a pillow! She won't buy us food when she goes up to her sister's even filthier and more disgusting house up in Lake County, but she'll buy herself a new laptop that she doesn't even need when she gets back home. Just what. What is this bullSHIT? Its like she wants complete and total control over us, and any resistance gets us "punished" in some stupid subtle way, like the ways above. Well, I'll tell you something. I didn't pick a feline for my fursona for nothin'. I don't take orders from people I don't love and respect very well. And punishment only gets me more pissed off. She treats me like I'm an unwanted burden, too. All of these people do! I'm just done with it. I really am.

When we get jobs, even more of her control will be lost over us. We can buy our own food when she refuses to. We can buy our own fuggin pillow. We can leave and go on a vacation so she can't treat us like god damned maids and will /have/ to clean up her pigsty herself. I can't frickin wait, guys. I can't.

And the good news is, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get hired pretty damn soon. X3 Xim and I busted our asses walking around town on Tuesday picking up and filling out applications from every single shop in this tiny town. 4 places are hiring, including a starbucks and a carls jr, along with 2 other fast food places. We even turned in our applications to the managers of a lot of places. And we're gonna walk back on tuesday or wednesday and check in on those applications. And after that, we're going to keep going in every 3 days to check in on them. I bet you we get an interview at least pretty damn soon. And while I'll hate working at a fast food place, I will be oh so happy to be making some god damned money so Xim and I can work on getting the heck out of here, or, for a more short term goal, getting a used car.

Life seems to be starting to move forward, slowly as usual, but to a better place. Thank the Goddess.
