My birthday is tomorrow by Poifish
And I'm not excited for it. I'm not excited for anything. My anxiety is getting worse. I finally went to the hospital. All they did was give me Ativan and tell me to schedule other appointments. And not even a prescription of the stuff. Just one dose for that fit. Now I have to go go appointments...hope they can help me so I can finally get over this.

I hope you are doing better, when I feel like that I just try my best to distract myself with something else (like games or just take a walk/run) Wish I could be of more help. ono
