So, even though I haven't really generated any interest in commissions as of yet I've decided I might as well design one now instead of getting caught off guard and having to write one quickly for the sake of a waiting customer. Any details which I have edited with be commented on this journal at the top with the date it was edited - if you commissioned me before the date I changed it those changes do not encompass you and you will be working to the old TOS. Just so people know : )

My TOS regards to payment

I take payment up front for all my pieces.

*as at the moment I am not accepting actual money commissions due to a lack of paypal I will not be able to refund you with cash but instead what you paid me with (flight rising gems or deviantArt points) so if you do not actively use either site or the currency of those sites I would say deter from buying commissions off me as you will have no use for the money anymore if you request a refund or I have to end up refunding you for personal reasons

2. You get three free changes once I've started the piece. After that I will ask for an extra amount, price depending on what you ordered.
   -These changes do not include giant flaws such as anatomical or major design errors as they would be on my fault rather then yours.

3. The price I give you is final - no haggling the price unless you are willing to haggle down what you want in the piece

4. Refunds will be given out if you request it. However if I have done work on your piece at the time of refund the price of that amount done will not be refunded. If I have completed your piece no refund will be given out. If it is on my fault then refund will be done in full however.

5. Video documentation of your commission can be bought for an added fee however I will also document other commissions for free at my own reason.

My other TOS regards to other commission processes

1. I have the right to refuse any commission without a reason so please do not demand reasons if I have said no without any. If it is to do with the content however I will generally tell you so and you're free to throw forward another idea if you so wish.

2. Please do not message me more then once per week for progress on your commission.

3. If I do not feel like uploading your commission to any of my accounts then I will not do so - you will either get a Stash link or an email to your preference.

4. Do not upload my artwork onto your own account for whatever reason unless you specifically bought a piece which is meant to adorn your account (e.g. journal doll, icon, page sprite, ID, reference sheet, banner) However you must mention before hand that you wish to use it that way and you must make sure to have it written somewhere that the picture is drawn and copyrighted to me.

5. I should generally be able to complete a detailed commission in around a month at most (sketches/lineart/flatcolour should only really take a day - week from definite start) however due to me taking an art course it may end up taking longer however I will keep in contact when deadlines in college will prevent me from doing your piece.

6. If you have a deadline included with your commission please make sure it is at least 3 months away since you first ask.
   The order in which I do pieces will be as so - Deadlines, Outstanding (+6 months), Non-outstanding

When you commission me you are agreeing that you have read my terms of service and have agreed with all the information written here at the time of purchase. If you have not it is your own fault.
