TERMS OF SERVICE

The TERMS OF SERVICE will be enforced 100%. So if you wish to commission me READ IT. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

COPYRIGHT

• As the artist, I retain ALL rights to the piece.

• NO ONE is EVER allowed to edit any of my work.

• Resale, transfer, or "gifting" of my work is extremely prohibited. I will only allow "gifting" if it is stated before the commission is started.

• Never remove my signature from any piece.

• I will not provide any original (.SAI, .Psd, etc.) files. I will, if requested, e-mail it to you otherwise you can use the 'Download' button on FA

• If you upload any of my pieces to your gallery give credit. If you refuse to give credit, any/all of my artwork in your gallery will be reported as stolen and subsequently removed.

• I am not obligated to keep any works in my account/gallery, or possession.

PRICES & PAYMENT

• All prices are subjective and usually not negotiable, Unless I've stated otherwise via journal or sale.

• I accept Paypal ONLY. Do not send "e-checks". On rare occasions I will accept Steam game commissions for those who lack a paypal.

• I will not draw: cub porn, scat, watersports, hyper, morbid obesity, melting, vore, diapers, use of personal characters that do not belong to you without permission, and anything made to harass or demean others. Anything else that is risque, ask and I will let you know.

• I love to draw: Thin characters, Bones, Drug realted images, Blood, Fantasy/Medieval Clothing, Medieval theme, Clean art

• All prices paid for any work are private information.

• If payment is not received in 48 hours, your commission will be considered cancelled.

• PAYPAL FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO EVERY PURCHASE BEFORE PAYING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ORDERING

• If you are ordering, fill out the proper "form" and note it to me.

• All communication will be done through notes.

• You must either have an actual reference sheet, a very detailed description, or multiple images of characters/concepts you wish to commission. Characters without a visual reference may cost extra. Complex characters or concepts may cost extra.

• Keep notes to a minimum. Don't spam my inbox with short random messages. Get everything together before you send the initial note. The "form" will help you stay organized.

• I will not put you on the list until I receive the full payment.

• Once everything is ready I will send you payment instructions, follow them carefully.

Artwork is not to be altered or reposted unless I have given direct permission for these actions to occur.
Any and all edited or reposted pieces must be sourced back to me regardless.

1 Time frame for this may decrease or increase at any time, feel free to ask.
+Always be clear and concise on what you want, try to get in as much information as you think I'll need!

• Being clear reduces your chances of gaining fees.

2 Depending on the level of editing requested, fees may occur.

• Edits should not drastically change or "re-do" your initial request, this WILL add fees or risk cancellation of your commission.

3 Should an error on my part occur you will not get a fee for the edit (example: forgetting tattoos, jewelry, or glasses.)

4 Additional Charges or Disapproval may occur in certain circumstances.

5 There are no discounts given for special occasions.

6 Should anything occur that would disrupt the process of work, you shall be notified.

• I'm in a location that has alot of storms and likes to knock out my power
• I take one or two days off every once in awhile to clear my head and get back into a drawing mood, I always notify if I'm going to be away
• I play D&D on Saturday nights so I'm usually away on that day specifically
