I haven't updated my journal in a while, so I figured it would be a good idea to do that. I feel like Weasyl isn't a super active community yet, so not many people will see this journal, but I like keeping the few people who do watch up to date with things! I've been trying to get more art done, but with a long-term art block I am having issues. Nothing I make turns out remotely close to what was in my head and half of my sketches don't make it even to the line art stage.....It's hard for me to get anything to look halfway decent.

I'm wondering if people would be interested in seeing certain things from me? A certain art style, character designs, sketches? I've thought about making some cute original species adopts, but it's hard to know what people will like and it's disappointing when I spend hours making them look nice and no one is interested at all. I've had bad luck with adopt designs in the past. :/ I've been trying to learn new coloring styles, practice dynamic poses and perspective, going back and practicing basics....Anything to try and kill the art block and get back into the flow. Seems like nothing works though. I will continue just trying thing though so hopefully soon I will have new stuff to post.

I am going to prepare to go camping for the night. Gonna avoid my family and play Pokemon aww ye <3
