Anyone in the Phoenix/Tempe area or heading here looking for a roommate? A friend of mine needs somebody to move in with him as his roommate is moving out at the end of this month.

Pros: You get your own room, internet access, close proximity to mall, schools, and other convenient areas.
Cons:He's a finicky guy, he really needs help keeping up cleaning, if you have a pet, there is a deposit to pay for it.

You'd just have to pay your share of rent and power.
