      Um, no, I don't. R/S/E are by FAR my favorite Pokemon games in just about every way and I've wanted remakes of them for a long time and now those remakes have been officially confirmed. Archie and Maxie will be in 3D, my favorite Pokemon might get a mega evolution, I can play though a current version of Hoenn... and who knows what else? I see no way that this is overkill. At all.

          Or at least if you're talking about the fake magazine scan that revealed there will be a fusion of all 3, that was fake. It's not at all confirmed that any of the weather trio will get mega evolutions though.
