So some of you may know, my birthday is the 13th (of May if not obvious)

24. I'm as many years old as the hours in a day... and yeah, I gave up trying to make a pun of that for the title.

Is not been over a year of living apart from my wife aside from an ever so short week of her visiting me up here. The waiting sucks. Our lawyer has said we might just be hearing back for our immigration application this month. I wish we could get an exact date or something.

But hey, it's my birthday soon right?
I'm sure people who share birthdays with holidays know my pain... but having been born ON mother's day, fuck that whole thing. Great time of the year to be an infertile lesbian XD

That's good. Here's hoping my visit to family doesn't involve me wanting to strangle my father-in-law's ignorant neck.
