Any ways to improve it's gaming performance? I can't even play Re-Volt (a 1999 game!) at decent speeds even at it's lowest setting. And by decent, i mean 30fps and up.

NOTE:

.Intel's control panel doesn't help.
.My HDD isn't loaded with junk.
.Other programs aren't choking the CPU.
.I'm using the latest drivers by Intel (which are still shitty from what i read).
.GMABooster doesn't supports the chip.
.Windows 7's visual effects are diasbled.
