I got into the series when I was... 16? 17? and when it was actually really pain in the ass to find translations online [I downloaded .zip archives because no site ever hosted it past Stardust Crusaders... then again part 4 had only DUWANG translation out so there was that also]. Or any other people who'd actually heard of the series. Like it was practically like winning in a lottery to find another western JJBA fan.

Like do you have this one series or movie or just a thing you discovered and then it changed you? For me that one thing was JJBA. I don't really think that JJBA is objectively the best series ever. It has all its little faults and it's definitely very 80s still and kind of camp an definitely kind of silly but I love it.
And I'm really happy to see that the series is finally starting th receive the regocnition it, in my opinion, deserves, even outside Japan and very specific circles.
