Turns out skepticism was the right idea. Totally didn't get what I had been going for. Oh well. Guess that means I'll be finding work elsewhere. Still, they offered a position for the product distribution center. Anyone who has worked retail inventory management: it's basically the same as that. Just picking and/or packing instead of moving product to a sales floor.

Anyway, not looking forward to that, but if it's a job...well, it'll have to do. In any case, it's what's available short of the minimum wage openings around town, which case I might as well be spending most of my time writing/drawing/composing seeing as how that's what I actually enjoy. Ah well.

Oh what else is there to talk about...? Ah, I've got some musical pieces in the works, though I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with what I've got right now. They're empty, lacking depth and emotion. Of the mass of files I have though, there's only one I'm partially okay with. Mayhaps it might make it here as a submission, who knows?

Beyond that, there's the scrap practice pages I've got from all these expression pieces I've been struggling with. I knew expressions were difficult, but you'd figure drawing what you're familiar with would be easier than what you don't really know, right? xD Lols, Turns out I can't draw much beyond confusion and happiness/laughter accurately. Anyway, hoping to be slightly more active, but there's really no guarantee of that. I'll have at least one chapter or entry to post in writing every three to four weeks, whether it's a short, a chapter of a story, or maybe a piece of the novel. Something will make it to this site. :)
