You could um, build a pillow and blanket castle (not a fort but castle, much cooler). The claim it as your keep and the surrounding area your kingdom, and attack anything that walks through.

First, I would start with rebuilding the pillow detector.
Then, I would just sit back and let life happen, no one really knows what'll happen, so why should you.But really the pillow detector is important for pillow kingdom building. Maybe a serf stole it when they tried to have an uprising.
