After shooting Wacom's support center an email about a week ago, I finally got a reply last night, at about 6 or 7 PM. I'll have to get in touch with them via phone call, but their hours are Monday through Friday at 9 through 5 or something like that. So I'll have to wait out the weekend to get this sorted. BLAH.
