This is a rant about Weasyl..

I just don't seem to be liking this site as much as other people do. I keep hering from others on FA that this place farts sunshine and rainbows and I all i get is toxic fog and hair being ripped out.

When it first came to being, this site was toted as the next best thing.. but it was exclusive! You could only get in here by invitation, and none of my friends wanted to give me one. No big deal; so I waited and waited and finally it was open for all, and I pounced in and got my account.

At first, I thought hmm, not bad, okay.. got to get used to this. And for a time, things seemed fine, and I was posting here, as well as FA, and InkBunny. One thing I like about going between FA and IB is I can just cut and paste between the two... can't do that here, ESPECIALLY with tags. Posting here started to become a bit annoying when I had a link or wanted to add BOLD or Italics to the text. But I could deal with this.. I still don't know how to put in a URL here or do Bold or Italics, but no big deal, I will figure this out eventually. At least getting from the actual posting process has become more stream-lined, and for that I give a big thanks to the designers.

The tag system however.. can go fuck right off. Seriously. First I hate that I HAVE to put down TWO tags for everything, I hate the system they use, I hate how I can't just cut and paste in a few dozen words.. I hate how I can't put a coma between words to break them up.

I don't know... am I making any sense with any of this? Am I finding Weasyl more complicated than everyone else? I want to post here more; originally, I wanted this to be my secondary site or mirror of FA, but I found that the afore mentioned issues have been really holding me back, ESPECIALLY those god damn tags.

So what do you guys suggest? Any tips on how I can improve things here for me?
