I will absolutely finish who is on my plate currently. I will also not be ceasing the Poke project, as that's 100% personal. In fact, I'd like to use this non-working time to enjoy myself.

I will not be taking new commissions for the month of April, funding permitting. I will return in May, perhaps if I run out of savings and need to resume work.

Really, I've been doing commissions seven days a week for years without a single break and I think recent events just finally broke the camel's back. 99% of the people I work for are amazing, wonderful people. Unfortunately, it's the 1% that drag you down emotionally and leave you exhausted. Add that on top of the fact that I already co-manage a crew of 15 people, and generally have people yelling at me for doing my job.

Its to the point where people being impatient, rude, and/or entitled doesn't roll off my back as easily as it normally does. That's when I know it's time for a break.

So, I'm going to step away and come back refreshed and back to being a ray of sunshine.
