  Sopa is suppose to be a bill that stops online piracy but it doesn't it only regulates the internet to where you're not allowed to do fan art and if you do you'll be banned from the internet for good plus it hurts businesses and jobs and allows corpoerations to prophetized off of the internet by charging people for visiting websites
