So Titanfall's BIG launch was yesterday. Twitched throughout work waiting to get home and play. Finally GOT home and fired it up, went through the tutorials, then dropped into a match.

Xilimyth, level 1. Everyone else something like 45+. NOT a problem. Held my own, came in somewhere square in the middle of the ranks. The weapons and titan combat is supremely well balanced. Kittydragon DID enjoy flying through the air, and taking out a titan by blowing it's CPU. I only directly piloted my titan for all of about 5 minutes before using it as a 'distraction' and pouncing titans left and right for attrition points.

So.... WHY you ask would I use Origin's "Great Game Guarantee" and return it for a refund?

It's just totally not my style of game. While I did enjoy the addition of grunts, and the gametimes were more than adequate.... I like bigger, more strategic maps versus the small tactical maps of Titanfall / COD. So I'll stick to Battlefield and Planetside for the interim.

Overall though, good game, well balanced.... just not my cup of tea.

Also, in relation to the last journal.... it's not 'sadness', more 'frustration' I think O_O nodnods
