I spent most of the day watching streams while playing Final Fantasy I on PSP, so I've had a pretty awesome day. But around 9:30pm after dying three times in a row due to terrible luck, I got the message and figured it was time to do something else so I thought for a few minutes and figured I might as well try out the new Diablo III expansion everyone is talking about, since it's free till March 25th and it apparently revamps the game completely. Of course, my account had been hacked since this is Blizzard and they're completely worthless when it comes to account security, so I tried changing my password but my SMS protection was still set to my old phone number so I had to open a live chat ticket. It took 20 minutes before a GM came and told me she couldn't help me till I uploaded a picture of an ID but I told her I had opened the ticket as a guest since I couldn't login, to which she replied I'd then have to open a new ticket and that she'd pick it up personally. I did... and another 20 minutes later she finally picked it up. Of course she had completely forgotten about me so she settled the issue, I got my password changed and phone number updated and now I'm downloading Diablo III... and Warcraft III... and Hearthstone. Hey, why not?
