got the results in this morning and it turns out that 'manda isn't pregnant after all but more on that ina bit~

'round 11ish yesterday meet with amanda's parents (soon to be inlaws ;p) at their place just outside corpus' (nice bay front place, incircled in saltgrass and bayleaf trees) and I gotta say, decent folks she's got heh didn't pull a gun on me and demand that I murrreh their lil girl the second I steeped outta my truck for one, not that I was expecting em to but ya know lol 's far as 'the talk' went we talked about me, who I was what I did (gotta be making enough to support daddies lil princess after all eh? ;d) if I was really serious about what I told her over the phone, what my family was like (gave 'em my grans' phone number and told them to see for themselves, gotta 'colorful' phone call that night - -) etc. then me and tony had a lil talk of our own, him telling me what he'd first thought of me for knocking his lil girl up, which was to be expected then telling me how much of a man he thought of me for stepping up like I did and ended with me asking if I could have his daughters hand and him agreeing (not like he had much say in the mater he joked as he gave me his blessings).

later at the clinic (fugin nightmare - - sitting ina dank lil room half asleep next to this old lady that I swear was gibbering about something in latin annoying) they took her in, ran some tests and sent us on our way, silent drive back but it was a calm one, held hands and smiled at each other when traffic permitted.

this morning (didn't have to work last night ;p fuuuck yeah) around seven we got the call, tests read negative. they went on to explain the meds she'd started on through her system out of whack (for some reason or another) and her 'cycle would start in a couple weeks or so and not to worry she was pregnant, yet ;p

all things considered, sure we got lucky in that 'manda wasn't pregnant but there's a part of me that was kinda wishing that she was, the thought of her being mine and me hers was kinda nice ya know, regardless of the circumstances.

gotta say muchacho's i've done alot of thinking last night and this morning and honestly these last past four months have been the best this jackal's had in a very long time, think i'm still gonna go through with it in asking amanda to be my wife, lifepartner and mate :3 thinking about popping the question to her over dinner this coming friday ^ ^
