With a new year, I think it's time I revised the commission data.

[b]How do these commissions work?[/b]

Commissions are worked on a Pay-What-You-Want service. You pay as much as you feel ($10 minimum) for a story. Depending on what is paid, the amount of pages will increase. It'll be upto 5 pages depending on the payment/idea/creature (unless you pay the base $10, which will get you around 2 pages - not doing a lot of work for no pay) If payment exceeds say $50-60, I'll try to get it beyond 5 pages if the idea is sufficient enough to break the barrier.

[b]How can I commission you? [/b]

That’s easy - I’ll either post via Journal or my Front Page if I’m open for commissions. If I am, feel free to drop me a note! If I have a notice up saying that I'm streaming, then I'll be taking commissions for the duration of the stream!

[b]How do I pay you? [/b]

I can only take payments with Paypal. If you choose to pay with a credit card, it has to be sent through to my Paypal account, and if there is a waiting time, I will not start on your story until the payment is cleared.

[b]If I was to cancel the commission at any time?[/b]

If you choose to cancel your commission, I will refund you equal to the amount of story that hasn’t been completed. (For example, you pay me $20 for a story and I get it to 75% done when you cancel, you’ll get $5 back)

[b]How often do you open up? [/b]

Depends on when I'm in the mood to write, and how the money situation is.

[b]What info do I need to give you? [/b]

A description (Written or art, preferably the former on most occasions) of the human

[b]Do I take trades in place of money? [/b]

No. There have been several occasions where people have screwed with me in respect to trades, so unless you're a trustworthy artist or a good friend, the only payment I'll take is in cash.

[b]Are there any limits for who I will write for? [/b]

There are few people whom I will refuse service. If I’m not on even/speaking terms with some people and it’s for them, I might turn it down.

[b]Do I take requests?[/b]

The only people I’ll take requests for are the people on my family list. Otherwise, no.

[b]Are friends exempt from the Won’t Do list?[/b]

No. The stuff on the Won’t Do list is stuff that I absolutely won’t do. I may bend the rules now and again for the sake of a friend, but aside from that, don’t get your hopes up too high.

[b]If I was to pay extra, could I get something from the Won’t Do list?[/b]

Depends on what you asked for - i will charge a discomfort fee, but I still reserve the right to refuse working on anything that I am not comfortable with. And even if I do accept, please do not expect it to be detailed.

[b]Are there any limits to the ideas I can send?[/b]

Yes and no. I've had a few people in the past suggest ideas that are either too demanding for what they're offering to pay, or too complex for me to comfortably pull off, so I've got a three-strikes rule. If after three attempts you've pitched ideas that I still can't work with, you're pretty much frozen out until the next stream or commission journal opens. It might sound a bit strict, but I've had to deal with a few time wasters before, and it's never fun, so please, make sure you've got your info sorted and adjusted to what you're willing to pay.
