Brush help? by catspian

I'm looking for some brushes that would be a bit more blendy in Photoshop elements 9?

I can't really use Sai anymore - and prefer to not because of some weird personal revelations. (It's fine) but one one of the things I love about Sai is the brush customization and how much BLENDING I could do

If anyone could help out that'd be great (sorry, I tried looking for myself but I could only find ones catered to actual photo editing, doesn't help I'm on mobile)

    Forgive me as I'm unsure if photoshop and photoshop elements are compatible, but I bought this brush pack and it has been a joy to work with and I would highly recommend it, decently priced too
