Yes I have said many times before I am opening up for commissions
although I will be starting out slow
please read my f-list yes these go with what I will draw

will make a few exceptions here or there for Certain things but I will tell you if I will or will not draw it please don't get mad or upset it's my right as an artist.
---SOME ISSUES TO DISGUS---
(I will make a rules list here soon any questions please ask)
1.your attitude affect my drawings --yes it does if you give me excessive attitude it will affect my drawing ability my moods depend on how well the drawing is yes this sounds weird but it does)
2. Ample time --don't expect it to be done that day I will keep you updated
via skype so add me and yes ask me how your drawings going --

3.threatening --the second you threaten me in any way it will end
your commission and we won't do business again
I don't tolerate being threatened over artwork --

4.respect-- you expect me to respect you as a buyer and I will and
I'd like the same in return for you ass a customer --

5.drawing type- please not me or add me on
skype to DISGUS your art that you want in extreme detail if you don't have a ref you do not get multiple free pieces if I show you any art that is a sketch of what you want you have no rights to that just the finished image--

6.whos art is it-- please mention me when you post it if your not wanting me to post
it leave my signature on the piece it be appreciated --

7.if I say no /can't/ won't --if is ay I have a hard time can't draw that or won't or
even a no I'm sorry please respect my opinion and choice--

yes there Are things I'm not good at drawing

Payment and Refunds
-Upfront payment is required for all commissions. The art will NOT be started without payment.There will be no partial payments (half up front )
-Refunds will only be given for art that is unfinished
-Refunds will NOT be given on finished art. Please be specific I'll give multiple times for you to make corrections via skype email ect. Constantly talk to me and point out any errors.
-I reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for any reason.
-I reserve the right to raise my prices as I see fit. If there is a price increase, it will -not- effect commissions already in progress or that have been agreed upon

Time Frames and Updates
-Please allow plenty of time for commissions to be finished.
-Time frame for normal commissions are about 1 month.(but I'm pretty fast so normally doesn't take long but I'll let you know please be patient don't bug
-customers will be notified if there is going to be a large delay
-Please remember that I have other jobs/college and plans ect I have a life to outside of art , and this will add to the estimated time to complete a piece.
-Do not expect me to work on art on holiday days.(Christmas New Year's Eve Halloween ect)
-Commission update requests are welcome! However, if you have my Skype, please do not pester me. I can't work if I am being constantly badgered.

Rights and Permissions
-I retain full rights to the artwork. You may not resell, claim credit, or use for profit or advertising. If you are unsure of if I will approve of how you are using the image, feel free to ask.
-Do not edit the artwork in any way. If you would like to edit it, please contact me with the changes desired and I may give you specific permission.(my signature stays on the work no matter what)
-You MAY repost to your fA, use as an icon, wallpaper, etc as long as it is for personal use. If you repost to your fA please give proper credit, as per the fA acceptable upload policy.( and make sure to link me when you post it or note me that would be nice not a have to don't have to
