One of the reasons I find it hard to draw is because I suck at posing. So when I prepare to draw, I usually search google for a reference pic close enough to the pose I want then go from there. But I dont want to do that anymore...I want to just make the pose I want then get to drawing. So, does anyone know any 3D Mannequin programs that could be used to create a scene? It doesnt have to be anything insanely detailed. I just need something that allows multiple characters and such. So, help a Rabbit out guys :( I want to get back to my art, but I need help getting there T_T

Err… there's Poser. I don't even know if that's still /around/ these days, but I felt obligated to post anything potentially useful because your avatar is so awesome. *nodnod*
30-day trial is available, but you have to cancel before the time is up or get charged a /ton/. Modern version (9) is available on Amazon for $90. Version 8 is $60, and Version 7 is $30.
Google-Fu says Daz-Studio is free, and you can get free models from somewhere like http://www.poserbydesign.com/ because it loads Poser models. I don't know if it lets you do multiple models, though.
Something lower-powered, but that definitely supports multiple models- http://www.sourcefilmmaker.com/ You're limited to Team Fortress 2 characters, though. XP So if you don't mind the Scout being your mannequin, that'll get the job done.
