Emergency commissions! //open March 3rd by kokotensho

For those who have a short attention span or dont like to read a lot/sob stories heres the TLDR of whats going on:
We have a water leak coming from the shower in the bath room next to me and my brothers room, its flooding my bros room now it made its way to mine and we might have mold growing in the walls. We have a 9 month old baby in the house and if there is mold we need to move out asap.
Ok so!
Recently we found out that the shower is leaking and its due to the bang up job they did when they "fixed up" the house. At first we thought it was just an issue of the kids not taking showers properly and getting water on the floor, but now it has come to our attention that there is in fact a leak its now getting worse. Water seems to be soaking into the walls and the floors now and we think there could be mold growing inside the walls.
We doubt talking with the land lord will do anything since we called him several times about air conditioner being broken, getting smoke detectors i the house, front door handle being broken and the landlord says he'll get someone on it soon but no one ever comes. If it takes money out of his pockets to fix something hes very slow with answering his phone about it but if were behind on rent by a couple of weeks hes on our ass like a hound dog everyday.
Tbh i think were just about done living in this house. This was the only better option for us at the time due to my mother giving birth with only a 1 month time frame for us to get out of the ghetto where people are robbed and living conditions are hell, not something you want to bring a newborn into.
Unfortunately its very expensive to live in miami :c its about $1,500 a month for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house here, id have to chip in for about 2-3 months rent just for use to be able to move out of here and not worry about rent for a couple of months. We can only move about 45+ miles away from my mothers job so we cant move up north where its cheaper to live.
Im already behind on commissions and i know a lot are tired of waiting, im just gonna have to suck it up and pull all nighters so i can catch up a bit before i open more commissions in a week. I wont be doing what i did last time and take a shit ton of commissions then have a lot more work to do ;; ill be alternating between old and new commissions so i dont slow down too much on trying to complete my commission list.
Ive been feeling sick and having trouble breathing like someone knocking the wind out of my chest and my heart beating way too fast when that happens and it might be due to mold. My mom is already on top of things and were going to go get some masks to wear and she said vinegar should keep the mold at bay for abit i think well be ok for 3 more months but the sooner we move the better!

Idk if ppl would be interested in sketch page commissions //traditional and digital but uhh ill be doing a lot of small commissions and adopts, ones that most people can afford and that dont take a lot of time.
Ill be opening for $$ and point commissions/adopts! I will only do 3 commissions at a time but my waiting list will be unlimited meaning you are guaranteed a spot for a commission!
I think ill need to raise about $4,500 to help us move out.
Ill update next week March 3rd @ 7p EST with commission types and prices.
