TERMS OF SERVICE

The TERMS OF SERVICE will be enforced 100%. So if you wish to commission me PLEASE READ IT. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Terms of Service are subject to revision and change without notice.

COPYRIGHT
1. I, the artist, retain ALL rights to the piece. By commissioning us, the customer releases ALL and ANY rights to the image(s) I create. (Even when characters contained within the work do not belong to me.)

2. NO ONE is EVER allowed to edit any of my work.

3. Resale, transfer, or "gifting" of my work is extremely prohibited. The ONLY exceptions allowed for resale is if the artwork is being included in the sale of an entire character. Gifting is only allowed if the commisions is intended as a gift and stated before the commission is accepted by me.

4. Never remove my signature from any piece.

5. I will not provide any original (.SAI, .Psd, etc.) files. Use "Download" on Weasyl.

6. You, the commissioner(or recipient if gifted), are REQUIRED to give credit to me, and to link back to my Weasyl page. If you refuse or fail to give credit, any and all of my artwork in your gallery will be reported as stolen and subsequently removed.

7. I am not obligated to keep any works in my gallery, or possession.

PRICES & PAYMENT
1. All prices are subjective and are usually not negotiable.

2. I accept Paypal ONLY. Do not send "e-checks".

3. I will not draw: Anything sexual, ferals, cub porn, scat, bestiality, hyper, or morbid obesity, use of personal characters that do not belong to you without permission, and anything made to harass or demean others. Artistic nudity IS okay. If you're unsure if your request meets these limits, ask me and I will let you know.

4. All prices paid for any work are private information.

5. If payment is not received in 48 hours, your commission will be considered cancelled.

6. Paypal fees will not be added on to the price of the commission. But tips are welcome!!

ORDERING
1. If you are ordering, fill out the proper "form" and note it to me on Weasy/FAl.

2. All communication will be done through notes on Weasyl/FA.

3. You must either have an actual reference sheet, or multiple images of characters/concepts you wish to commission. Complex characters or concepts will cost extra. NO text descriptions will be accepted, I am not comfortable using text only, and it usually creates more hassle.

4. Keep notes to a minimum. Don't spam my inbox with short random messages. Get everything together before you send the initial note. The "form" will help me stay organized FOR you.

5. Payment is required in full before I begin on your commission. You will receive a WIP after the initial sketch, you may ask for a MAXIMUM of 2 Major changes. After then you are required to pay for any major changes you request.

6. Once everything is ready I will send you payment instructions, follow them carefully.

All artwork done is copyright © to me, the artist.
Artwork is not to be altered or reposted unless I have given direct permission for these actions to occur.
Any and all edited or reposted pieces must be sourced back to me regardless.

1. Time frame for this may decrease or increase at any time, feel free to ask. +Always be clear and concise on what you want, try to get in as much information as you think I'll need!
2. Depending on the level of editing requested, fees may occur.
3. Edits should not drastically change or "re-do" your initial request, this WILL add fees or risk cancellation of your commission.
4. Should an error on my part occur you will not get a fee for the edit (example: forgetting tattoos, jewelry, or glasses.)
5. Additional Charges or Disapproval may occur in certain circumstances.
6. There are no discounts given for special occasions. 6.Should anything occur that would disrupt the process of work, you shall be notified.

YOU MUST ALSO INCLUDE THE WORD “PINATA” SOMEWHERE IN YOUR NOTE COMMISSIONING ME SIGNIFYING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TOS. ANY NOTE ORDERING A COMMISSION WITHOUT THE WORD WILL BE IGNORED!
