♥GENERAL:

• if my name is on it, if i am the original artist of any piece of art you purchase from me, my ToS overrides any that may come after it. if you fail to follow what my ToS states, i retain the right to refuse providing my services to you at any time in the future and revoking permissions for any/all pieces by me you may own. i give TWO chances and two chances only when it comes to this before i take action.
• you may not sell my art as your own.
• you may not trace, copy, or otherwise steal any art i create.
• if you reference anything i do, PLEASE GIVE ME CREDIT.
• art/characters i sell that aren't originally by me will not have my ToS applied to them, but rather their appropriate original artists.

♥CUSTOM ART:

• if the character the art is made of is sold/traded away, the art i make MUST STAY WITH THAT CHARACTER. it must be presented at sale/trade, and cannot be separated from the character for any reason at all.
• if you plan on selling/trading away custom art by me with the character it's of, please message me so i can give you permission and ensure you have all that i've done.
• modding can be done to any extent after full payment has been received. no matter how heavy the mods, the credit should still go to me as the original artist.
• if used on any other site, i MUST be credited as the artist, whether or not my signature is viewable on the piece itself.
• refunds are only available if the piece is unfinished. if progress has been made on it, from minimal linework to minimal shading, i will only refund 40% of the final purchase price. if the piece is entirely finished, a refund will NOT be issued.
• sketches may be turned into poses/full portraits/etc. by whomever is willing. credit will STILL GO TO ME.
• please respect that custom art can take up to 6 months or possibly more to be finished. if you are unable/not willing to wait that long, i advise to not commission me. the art WILL be done, but it may take time. +i will contact you if i have made little to no progress on your commission within 2 months. i will give you this chance to change any information or vouch for a refund. if i do not contact you within this time, PLEASE MESSAGE ME. it's highly possible i've missed to put you down on my to-do list and have forgotten you. please note that i will NOT provide a refund if you fail to message me within 6 months of me being active and not coming through with the commission. obvious exceptions are if i am inactive and unavailable or if you are as well.

♥CUSTOM CHARACTERS:

• NO CHARACTER CREATED AND MADE BY ME CAN HAVE ANY OTHER ToS EITHER THAN MY OWN ATTACHED TO IT. there will be absolutely no take-backs regarding ANY of my characters.
• you may not sell my characters for more than you bought them when sold as the character only. if they have art included, the art may be included in the price and it may total more than you purchased from me based on the additional art it comes with.
• you must ask permission before selling or trading. when selling and trading, please link the new owner to my ToS so they may refer to it. if you fail to do this, permission will be revoked.
• changes and mods to characters are allowed. this includes gender, name, colors and markings, etc. just make sure credit still goes to me.

♥PREMADE ART:

• permissions will not be switched for someone else.
• light mods are fine, but anything extreme or rendering my art unrecognisable is not allowed.
• premades may be used anywhere except for sites known for obvious and rampant art theft such as Worlize.
• i will not change names on permissions.
• i do not issue refunds for premades.
• i will not respond to PM's regarding name changes or refunds.
• if you do not post that you've sent payment for whichever premade on the topic it's listed on, you will not get permission.

♥FREE ART:

• custom free art has the same terms as custom art. all above apply.
• custom premade art has the same perms as premade art. all above apply as well.
• i do not take requests unless i explicitly say i am.
• please note that if it is free, i am in no way obligated to finish, perfect, or change any aspect of the art i create. whether or not i promise a finished product, if it is free, i do not have to finish it or fulfill the promise in any way, shape, or form.
