Well yes, I am. About a week or so ago there was a winter storm that hit my part of the country. I WAS Warm and safe. But two of my trees, an old oak and pine tree fell over one night. Me and a friend that has been visiting woke up to the house shaken.

Needless to say we was concerned and looked around the house for what had caused the noise and the floor shake. We didn't find anything out of the ordinary but while I stepped outside for a smoke . I found the cause. The ground was so saturated with water that the roots of the oak had slid out of the ground. It fell over into one of my tall, and I mean tall pines. It couldn't handle the weight of the oak and it too snapped and came down.

Lucky that nothing was damaged and no one was hurt during this. But now its time to grab the chainsaw and get to the clean up. Haha so here I am. A timber wolf. And I'm going to be cutting up trees. How ironic.
