    Oh, only Paint Tool Sai is currently capable of that. And I will be getting it soon, but I have never found a download for my school MacBook. XC

with photoshop many make big files and after they do lineart they resize it and it ends up looking neat, just do quick strokes and zoom in when you do them !
i use paint tool sai though awah

    yes ive seen they start with a big file (high resolution too maybe 300-500) and they do the lineart in quickstrokes (though you always should no matter what program !) and some zoom in while they do it. then! after that they resize it to the size they want to work it and color it and stuff (or some keep the file big the whole time and just have a resized finished one to post)
