im sick but i have a calc quiz tomorrow that i cant miss :c i feel poopy. i think imma just go for that one period and leave. cuz my head hurts. i should have sleppy times too. but. ughea;jfsdkjf;ald. and i feel bad about my art rn :c i spent all evening trying to do things and having them not come out how i wanted them to. so. that was unfun. ohwell. ill work on it later.
im going to illinois over this weekend! which is cool because i might be able to convince my parents to let me to go to chicago and see the city! but probably not. ill at least to play in the snow :3 one of the nice things about living in socal but traveling to the midwest is that you get to see the pretty snow for a little while but you don't have to deal with any of the negative effects of winter for any length of time. its delightful <:
since i've been getting better at art (im now at an "intermediate" leve? i tihink??) ive noticed that half of the people i follow and watch are actually not nearly as great as i once thought. either they're one-trick ponies or they have millions of really subtle mistakes in anatomy or perspective or stuff that they just manage to cover up or something. :u it's really weird to see this now. i can even find some things wrong with the better artists... does this mean i am turning into real artist?!?! :v

Oooooooohhhhh cool! <: I'm probably not gonna get to go to Chicago. Not this time. Maybe next time. But only my relatives' town this time. Just a little town south of the windy city. Although it would most definitely would be interesting were we to meet :u I've been contemplating how horribly awkward it would be if i met anybody from here in person... but! thats tangential. i hope you enjoy milwaukee <:

I'm just yanking your chain. Do stay humble, though. Note what you see in errors, and always take it as a reminder and/or learning experience.
Oh no, definitely not meeting. xD That would be wildly inappropriate at this time, haha. Still, I'll wave down in your general direction. Also, i will do my best to not get sick. I haven't been since... last spring I think? So far, so good.

Orz i know I know ;u And trust me, I don't think I can get any more humble ; o ; i feel like my art is poopy poop from a dog in a park :c Right now, anyway. It's just a very interesting experience to start seeing the mistakes in artists you used to view as perfect.

Yup, becoming an art snob is the first sign that you may be a real artist. ;)
