Just spent the morning cutting out badge blanks for TFF. I have a BUNCH of colors that I bought as "1 lb scrap" early 2006-ish and cut down then. trouble is, I only had a crappy slide paper cutter at that time and the sizes were not always consistent. So, as long as I had to cut down smaller pieces for TFF (will explain later) I also cut the rest to all be consistent 3 x 4 inches.

So why smaller for TFF? No electricity at the table = no laminator. True, I could run to my room and laminate when needed but honestly that and toting the laminator is a pain in the butt. But, I found badge sleeves! they are 2.5 x 3.5 inches, however, so I needed to make slightly smaller blanks. this means I will actually be offering two options at TFF, though:

1) 3 x 4 "regular" size. I'll still give a clip, but you will have to get it laminated yourself.

2) 2.5 x 3.5 "smaller" size. With clip and plastic sleeve.

I am still going to charge the same for both. Its a trade-off... smaller size but protection or larger size but have to find someone else to laminate it.

Also debating on shrinky items. I will be bringing Shrinky pins ($2.00 each) but I am not sure if I also want to bring the zipper pulls and keyrings. I have no new designs for them as I plan to phase them out so would sell them for $1.00 each. Not sure I am really going to have the room for that, though...
