Anyone have any Gorey comics/artists they reccommend? by sixrabbits
I feel a need for excessive amounts of blood and guts, because I'm super frustrated with ... life. Watching the news makes me wish an asteroid would just smash into the earth.
So,
if anyone knows of any good gore artists or comics that have a lot of blood and gore in them that would help a lot.
Anyone have any Gorey comics/artists they reccommend?

There's always Garth Ennis' horror/excuse-to-be-a-lazy-hack series Crossed. It's so intense it actually upset me. And I watched A Serbian Film.

Not gory per se, but I'm a big fan of Ben Templesmith, and a lot of his team-up work with Steve Niles (like 30 Days of Night) gets bloody.
The Avatar Press horror stuff got pretty graphic, but I couldn't recommend any titles off the top of my head. Dear lord, I used to know all this stuff.
