S.Fennec Commissions Terms of Service

1. Payment
   I accept payment upfront. I will begin the image as soon as I have confirmation of payment. Form of payment is Paypal only. Be sure to include your username with your payment.

2. File Type
   You may choose what type of file you wish to receive. I offer .jpg, .tif, and .pdf I do not offer .psd files.

3. Printing
   Printing is available for any commission. You must tell me in advance if you are likely to want any print options.
   I offer 1/2 and full page prints however other sizes may be available upon request.
   Also available: lamination (3 mil, 5 mil, or 10mil) and stickers.

   **printing and lamination (of one copy) is included with the purchase of a badge.

4. Time
   I will not force a drawing, it will just end up looking bad. I will do my best to complete the commission within a reasonable time frame. If it takes me more than a reasonable amount of time I will include some form of compensation (for example, an extra drawing, free printing, free stickers, etc.) This form of compensation will be decided based on the situation.

5. Reference
   I require a good reference. This may be a detailed written description or a good image reference (both is better than just one or the other) If you do not have a picture or written description I can provide you with a character description sheet to fill in at your request.

6. Copyright and other Precautions
   Editing or changing the artwork is NOT allowed. If you would like some sort of edit or changes done to the artwork please contact me so that we can work something out.
   I reserve the right to decline any commission.
