IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS by neonpossum

I already posted this up on my twitter as previously, my email was not working at the time so posting here too:

"Dear Customer,

This is a formal email to state that I am cancelling all current commissions and will be refunding everyone over the next 12 months.

Why are you cancelling/refunding?
Due to medical conditions as well as other work, currently I do not have the time or passion to complete artwork for my clients. Instead of making clients wait any longer, I feel the best thing I can do is refund everyone. I feel like this is a big step forward in helping myself with my mental health, and I hope that you will respect my decision to do so.

When will you refund me?
After I have everyone’s info, I am going to make a list of all money owed and set up a schedule to pay people back. I hope to have everyone refunded over the next 12 months.

You have already started my commission, what happens now?
I will refund you the difference, or in full if only at the sketch stage. I am totally fine if you commission another artist to finish off the sketch!

What do you need from me?
Please respond to this email with 1) your paypal address 2) the amount you paid.

Can I change your mind?
At this time, this is a neccesity for my own health and wellbeing. I may take commissions in the future, but only a few at a time.
