Things that I will do:

• -Animals
• -Humans
• -Fantasy Characters (Animal or human)
• -Mild Gore. (Ex. Blood, deep wounds, maybe some bone showing, nothing more.
• -Tattoos

• -Sexually Explicit Content (Includes yaoi, yurry, or homosexual pairings of fandoms or others characters.)
• -Severe Gore/ (Ex. Organs flailing about and guts everywhere. I promise you, your character is beautiful on the outside. No need to see the insides.)
• -Pairings with someone else's character that does not accept pairings outside of their own drawings or stories. (Ex. "Will you draw my character in love with so-and-so's character? I love their character so much!!" Unless it's a friend you know really well and have had them contact me for permission, then the answer will be no. I don't like the idea of messing with someone else's brain child.)
• -Changing my style to match a certain fandomes style. (Life wouldn't be fun and creative if everything was the same now would it?)
• -Hate Images or Racial propaganda.
• -Illegal acts or depictions.
• -Traditional pieces that need mailed.

• -Clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided by the Client. After which a preliminary quote will be provided by the Artist.
• -I require payment in full (Unless piece exceeds $100 then I will accept split payments that will need to be agreed upon.)
• -Alterations need to be decided upon in the WIP and thumbnail stage and client contact will be made for such for pieces over $100.
• -I reserve the right to update the price if I see fit based on medium and time and complexity.
• -I reserve the right to only a partial refund once the inking stage has been reached.
• -I own the rights to each piece and the meaning behind it, except for characters.
• -I reserve ALL of the rights to produce prints of certain pieces if I see fit and sell merchandise from said prints, if this is an issue, discuss it with me before hand.
• -I reserve the right to use commissions for public advertising and display as I wish and where I wish unless time sensitive such as a birthday gift or present etc.
• -I reserve the right to cancel or turn down a commission at any time as I see fit.
• -I reserve the right to watermark a commissions as I see fit.
• -If you wish to cancel your commission during or after the coloring stage there will not be a refund issued.
• -I reserve the right to use any sketches or thumbnails not used when deciding upon the desired concept.
• -I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel the progress of a commission if I am harassed, lack of communication, rudeness of client.
• -The client reserves all right to their respective characters.
• -The client may create up to three prints for personal use unless discussed otherwise.
• -The Client may resize or crop the artwork for icons or wallpapers to be used in non commercial format but must NOT alter the actual artwork.
• -The client may upload the artwork on a personal website or gallery but watermark must be present and proper credit given and only low resolution used.
• -I reserve the right to allow redline/critique.
• -The client may NOT gain income from a commissioned piece or sell prints, for virtual or real currency.
• -The client may request privacy of the process of the piece and no updates made publicly until completion.
• -The client will receive updates based on each stage of the work.
• -I reserve the right to choose from which commission to work on first on a set list and a deadline will not be given unless previously discussed.
• -I reserve the right to put a 'pause' on a commission.
• -The client will be given needed privacy and all interactions will be on an email or private message basis.
• -All commissions are on a first come, first serve basis and consistent contact will need to be made.

• -Paypal only.
• -Prices are USD.
• -To avoid paypal fees, please select "Personal" and check "other", otherwise, the client will cover the fee amount.
• -As stated above, payments under $100 will need to be made in full before work will begin.
• -Once you have paid, you have secured a slot and no one will bump you from that slot but a certain slot 'number' will not mean I start on the client's piece first. It will be based on time and payment.
